Automation : A sign of development??? or A road way to increase unemployment? (Team's view with valid reasons and examples... Suggested to write in your own words using technical terminology)
AUTOMATION 'Automation’ we mean the process in which machines are used to operate other machines, not only to stop and to start them but also to adjust operations in process in order to avoid deviations from standard work specifications. Automation may be described as an advanced technology characterised by specific devices of communication and control in self-regulation without human intervention. Automation may be in respect of factory equipment or it may be for office administration like computerisation of all sorts of accounting and other office jobs. There has been a lot of controversy over the implementation of automation. Workers oppose it saying that since it is one of the devices by which manual labour is dispensed with, it leads to unemployment.Automation has also an important impact on the stage of economic development of the country. But the introduction of automation is not easy because it involves the investment of a sufficient amount of capital and spending of working capital for the maintenance of equipment. It increases the productive capacity of the nation. It improves the standard of living of the people by providing them goods of higher quality at cheaper rates. It improves the quality of decision-making in business. Also have some disadvantages,it results in technological unemployment. It requires huge investment, small units can’t afford it.Hence, I conclude that automation does not necessarily lead to unemployment. In developed countries having ‘full employment’, automation is essential, otherwise the available resources will not be fully utilised and standard of living will not be improved further. Automation also affects the price level. Through automation, the production increases. As we know there are lot of educated people who are facing difficulty in getting jobs. Its like, we do engineering and expect the employers to give us job. The employers need people with skills and work experience in that particular domain which our degrees don't provide us. So, studies needs to be more practical and industry oriented so that students get the industry exposure while they are studying. We always have large expectations, most of us deny to do low paid jobs. There are hundreds of thousands of such graduates being churned out of these engineering colleges across the county every year and most of these graduates are not eligible for placements in their colleges as they fail to meet the cut off % set by the hiring companies. So they tend to look for jobs off campus and most of then may fail here as well due to lack of knowledge about engineering concepts and lack of communication skills.... Topic:AUTOMATION In our point of view AUTOMATION is increasingly proliferating in every aspect of our lives, whether its robots building the cars we drive or artificial intelligence drive the vehicles for us.with the rise of automation system, the big concern for many people how their jobs will be impacted. It is becoming a roadway for unemployment. Technology driven automation is central to the process of increasing our living standards.that is because better tools allow us to produce more. Its only by producing more that workers can earn more and companies can lower prices, both of which increase living standards.Even if automation eliminates some of the jobs in a particular industry, it doesnot reduce jobs in the overall economy. The reason is that no organization automates unless it saves money, and those savings get paused on to consumers.Although automation has taken over some blue_collars jobs in the past, the current scenario shoes that there has been an increase in demand for specialists in Artificial intelligence and Robotic.so,Automation should not be perceived as a human versus machine war.we should rather embrace this change and gallop together towards a better future. Main comment: Need much focus in your writing on organizing content into paragraphs and connecting sentences with linkers
1. Good start with thesis statement.. with refined vocabulary 2. With the rise... sentence formation is not good... follow the structure mostly in formal task. sub-verb-object 3. will be impacted... confine to one tense... 4. Divide the paragraph meaningfully focusing single thought in each paragraph rather based on number of sentences...
Automation has changed our lives a lot.The term automation was coined in the automobile industry to describe the increased use of automatic devices and controls in mechanized production lines. Automation is technique of controlling a process by highly automatic means like electronic devices, machines, etc.Automation technology has matured to a point where a number of other technologies have developed from it and have achieved a recognition and status of their own. Robotics is one of these technologies; it is a specialized branch of automation. Automation has changed everything for good. It has made our lives very easy. Automation is a boom as it include higher production rates and increased productivity, more efficient use of materials, better product quality, etc. With the advancement of technology and automation the most difficult works are easily done. There are some disadvantages of automation such as it requires high capital expenditure and huge investment. Also automation has replaced workers with machines this leads to unemployment. Similarly a higher level of maintenance is needed than with a manually operated machines. These dangers aside, automation technology, if used wisely and effectively, can yield substantial opportunities for the future. Automation is the technology by which a process or procedure is performed with minimum human assistance. The analysis suggests that automation in many manufacturing industries will lead to further job losses because markets are saturated, but to the extent that IT-based automation affects non-manufacturing industries, automation may boost employment, at least somewhat, in these industries. Some people argue that current technologies are more likely to cause unemployment because the pace of change is faster. But that ignores the role of demand: if demand is sufficiently elastic, faster technological change will lead to faster job growth. Furthermore, the positive impact of IT automation is not likely to disappear in the near future because it depends on consumer demand and the nature of demand only changes slowly. I can't believe that so many people consider technology as an evil menace trying to take away jobs leading to the end of humanity. Yes, technology will take away jobs, but ultimately with technology none of us will need jobs. Every service you need is provided by machines and you do not have to pay for it. Since machines don't need any service in return, money is useless to machines.Machines are only service providers and not consumers. This will create a world where money loses its importance. Since no money is required you do not need a job. However, machines will still provide most of the services hence making a large portion of human population jobless. These jobless will not be able to afford only the services provided by humans but will get everything that is done by machines for free. So, more the services offered by machines, more services you can get without working.
Hence progress in technology is really essential if future humans want to spend their entire life as a vacation!

unemployment, there are a few categorizations of unemployment that are used to more precisely model the effects of unemployment within the economic system. Some of the main types of unemployment include structural unemployment and frictional unemployment, as well as cyclical unemployment, involuntary unemployment, and classical unemployment. Structural unemployment focuses on foundational problems in the economy and inefficiencies inherent in labor markets, including a mismatch between the supply and demand of laborers with necessary skill sets. Structural arguments emphasize causes and solutions related to disruptive technologies and globalization. Discussions of frictional unemployment focus on voluntary decisions to work based on each individuals' valuation of their own work and how that compares to current wage rates plus the time and effort required to find a job. Now a days the automation is taking a major role.Because in our country there are so many unemployed youth are there. The people are thinking that they should be different from the other.Sothe people coming out from their different thoughts and they are designing a different type of products which are use full to us.So the main moto of automation is inculcate People to come up their different type of innovation. But every one thinks that automation leads to unemployment only but it will make our country development.People with unemployment also can get the jobs of different type of work.So the main thing is that to invent new things first the people have to enhance their creative ideas and techinical skills too.

Now-a-days Automation is playing a major role in the present society. It is a technology by which the process is performed with the help of machines. It is an application in order to control and monitor the production and delivery of various goods and services. Automation has many advantages that include that the industry is associated with faster production and cheaper labor costs, another benefit could be that it replaces hard and physical work. They can also be maintained with simple quality checks. It can perform tasks that are beyond human capabilities of size, weight, speed and endurance, etc., it replaces human tasks done in dangerous environments. Automotive welding is done with robots and automatic welders are used in applications like pipelines. Comparatively there are many disadvantages with this automation , there is an high initial cost in the investment of the automation. It often includes the worker displacement, vulnerability due to increased relative susceptibility for committing errors. Automation must be coupled with changes in the human environment of a company. It should create a better future for the present generation.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE The present world is running by automatic machines. Machines have been very fast and durable to do many works. Is Automation is a sign of development or a way to increase unemployment. Robots are taking every job too easily. Any type of difficult work is being done by automation. Automation is very usefull in difficult situations and in impossible works. Robots are desingned for helping humans and make their work to done in a simple and easy way. But now-a-day's robots are being used in every simple works, By which many people are loseing their jobs. This kind of situation increased unemployment for many people. Future needs automatic machines for development but not for the distruction of humanity. Artificial intelligence is used in many aspects such as in defence system also, It will be helpfull for protection of the nation but also it may leads to war if they are missused. So, their must be human power required for this kind of conditions. We cannot always depend on machines. Their are many works to be done by humans and some other works by Machines. If always we depends on automation daily in physical activities also we will become lazy and human intelligence will decreases that may leads to many problems in future. Automation must be used in a limited way. But not in every situation, By which many job oppurtunities will be their for humans. And unemployment will gets decreases. In my opinion automations should be used for risky jobs to help humans but not in very simple works which are done by people.

AUTOMATION "A BOON OR BANE" Auntomation mean use of computers or other control systems to control a particular process to increase the outcome of any work. In this essay we are going to discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of automation. Concluding that automation is important. In my opinion, automation is very usefull in every bussiness as it reduces time, hard work, paper work and etc, in the same way it increases effectiveness and efficiency. It also helps managers and employees to take quicker decisions as every single detail will be recorded in data due to automation. Admnistrative burden also reduces considerably. However ,some people think that automation is taking away jobs of young generation but anyway it is also creating jobs and challenging young generation to update them selves and be competitive. In conclusion, automation is the key for this modern society without it the society which we are living in would not exist. So, in order to get a job one should update oneself continuesly and if any one is having skills any thing cannot stop you from being succesfull.
How the world of today could be without technology? It is even very horrible to imagine after experiencing all the comforts from the fruits of technology. Well, it has become the great means of recognition of a country like USA all over the world. The impact of technology has been greatly observed after the actual role play of ‘Automation’. Right from the invention of steam engine, there awoke a fear in labors of losing their jobs. Great personalities like Robert Kennedy whose quotes have always been great inspirational even doubted that- “Automation provides us with wondrous increases of production and information, but does it tell us what to do with the men the machines displace? Modern industry gives us the capacity for unparalleled wealth - but where is our capacity to make that wealth meaningful to the poor of every nation?” Well, being a politician his concern to his people regarding threat of unemployment is common. But in our opinion, automation is providing still more great opportunities to people rather than increasing unemployment. The only question is, whether the people having skills? So, skills impacts…This can be clearly understood from below. Though there are many usual cases which make us feel that automation is replacing workers. We can take an example how the washing machine replaces the maid at home. But when comes to an industry, the new machines can only do limited things but they can do it in high volume and all day long. They never need breaks or need vacations. So long as the work to be done can be completely defined in a simple enough way that a machine can do it the machines will do it better and for less cost than low skilled people. There is a famous saying that -“No one in this world is perfect”. We the human beings created by the god have defects then how can we say that the things made by the human beings will be damn perfect! The machines require attention from time to time. Let’s again take the example of washing machine. Think what will you do if the same washing machine may struck and stop working? Again you need to take the help of operator’s service to repair it accordingly. Machines are very bad at communicating with customers and a skilled human is needed to deal with many of the problems which can arise. So as to overcome the needs of machine such as programming and repairs, a skilled human is needed. So at last we would conclude that, increased automation means many unskilled workers will be replaced by the machines but many more people will be needed to perform the higher skilled tasks that arise because the machines are being used. Thus, skilled people survive. By this we can understand how the development in the technology has ease of opportunities for skilled people. So skills really matters. Even the further emergence of new automation will definitely bring many creative jobs for us in future. So, being tomorrow’s job gainers, we must be very conscious of technology and enhance the technical skills to survive in the future "World of automation". AUTOMATION Automation is the process of advanced mechanization in which complex machines perform tasks formerly performed by men. The possibilities of automation depend on the nature of the end products, and on the extent which a company is willing to commit itself to turning out a few standardized items. The production gasoline readily lends itself to automation because gasoline is fluid and homogeneous. Automobile production is less readily automated because motor vehicles are made up of thousands of heterogeneous parts. Attempts at automation meet almost insuperable obstacles, e.g., in the shoe industry because of the enormous variety of sizes, widths, styles and materials that make up a diversified product line. Automation is no single form of technology. There are many stages and types of automat production. Much controversy over the impact of automation on socio-technical systems and employ alienation is due to this diversity. Worker reaction to automation depends on the nature of the work setting before automation. For example, in some offices traditional clerical jobs have been displaced by the introduction of electronic data processing systems.
Automation is the technology by which a process or procedure is performed with minimum human assistance. Automation or automatic control is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching on telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with minimal or reduced human intervention. Some processes have been completely automated.
Automation covers applications ranging from a household thermostat controlling a boiler, to a large industrial control system with tens of thousands of input measurements and output control signals. In control complexity it can range from simple on-off control to multi-variable high level algorithms.
In the simplest type of an automatic control loop, a controller compares a measured value of a process with a desired set value, and processes the resulting error signal to change some input to the process, in such a way that the process stays at its set point despite disturbances. This closed-loop control is an application of negative feedback to a system. The mathematical basis of control theory was begun in the 18th century, and advanced rapidly in the 20th. Automation has been achieved by various means including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic devices and computers, usually in combination. Complicated systems, such as modern factories, airplanes and ships typically use all these combined techniques. The benefit of automation include labor savings, savings in electricity costs, savings in material costs, and improvements to quality, accuracy and precision.
The World Bank's World Development Report 2019 shows evidence that the new industries and jobs in the technological sector outweigh the economic effects of workers being displaced by automation.
We are the group,to discuss about an automation. Automation is the creation of technology.it ferformed with human assistance.according to automation it's a major problem in our country for youth.because of so many people's will living without jobs, unemployment.so,structural arguments emphasize causes related to distriptive technology and globalisation.money is useless to mechanics.machines are only service providers and not customers.the reason is that no organistation automates unlesss it saves money. And those savings get paused on to customers.by our graduate we are the engineers they want to develop a skills and usual profit for their work .so,without engineers or workers etc..they can't do anything .more services you can get without working.automation can increase a small usage for anything.

What is your opinion on unemployment? Unemployment is no job is available for a person to earn his livehood. Unemployment is a serious issue in India. Lack of education, lack of employment opportunities and performance issues are some of the factors that lead to unemployment. The government of India must take effective steps to eliminate this problem. It is not only one of the major obstacle in the county's economic growth but also has several other negative repercussions on the individual as well as society. People are addicted to become an engineer or doctor but they are not focused in other sectors. So for these purpose people are unemployed. Education is not only securing marks it is also development of skills. So unemployment India is due to their un development of skills and languages.

In our point of view, Automation reduces manual labour and thereby increases mechanization. Technical advances in computing power, artificial intelligence, and robotics have created the potential for automation to penetrate deeply into occupations beyond manufacturing. Mechanization provides human operators with machinery to assist them with the muscular requirements of work, automation greatly decreases the need for human society and mental requirements while increasing load capacity, speed and responsibility. Automation increases the productive capacity of the nation. It improves the standard of living of people by providing them goods of higher quality at cheaper rates. Employees get higher job satisfaction because repetitive and monotonous operations are performed by machinery. It also improves the quality of decision making in business. Disadvantages include technological unemployment, the high capital expenditure required to invest in automation, a higher level of maintenance needed than with a manually operated machine. Therefore, Automation technology, if used wisely and effectively, can yield substantial opportunities for the future. It also increases the country's development and increases the standard of living of people. sec-F 18K41A05H0- Soumya sri 18K41A05H3- Vigna Sahithi 18K41A04G7- Sadhana 18K41A05F7- Nagachandra 18K41A05G2- Varshini Prasad

Automation reduces the physical and mental stress of a person. And at the same time, it can also make a person become lazy. Before the mobile phones arrived, Every person is used to remember contact number and birthdays. But the situation is completely changed. A student is not even remembering phone numbers of his/her parents. There are many cases like that. Automation does cause much problem when it is used within the limits. If the limits are exceeded, it causes trouble. We don’t think Automation causes much trouble for job finder, if he/she believe in his/her potentiality. Technology is something created by humans. In our point of view we think it is a sign of development as well as a road way to increase unemployment. Of course technology through automation is one of the most disruptive source since it is one of the way to develop a country. As we all, know that machines make our work easy and fast. We can see our surroundings the increase of technology in our daily life. Automation covers applications ranging from a household thermostat to controlling a boiler. The use of automation makes each and every work as simpler as directed by the maker of the machine. Many of the experts such as bill gates think that any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The most important thing about automation is that we get more number of profits through automation. Automation leads towards success in a business. Besides there are also negative things about automation. If in any case the machine stops or does not work properly there will be a huge threat for the company. We need to pay a lot of money to buy a machine and we need to pay money to make it get repaired. The company becomes very weak financially if their machines fail. In our view we also think that automation is a road way for the unemployment. there are many reasons for it, some of them are:due to easy and fast works the company will need only few number of employees. the machine does all the work, so there is no need of any worker to do physical work. Due to automation the rich companies are getting more richer and richer daily. introduction of labor-saving "mechanical-muscle" machines or more efficient "mechanical-mind" processes (automation). Just as horses employed as prime movers were gradually made obsolete by the automobile, humans' jobs have also been affected throughout modern history. Historical examples include artisan weavers reduced to poverty after the introduction of mechanized looms. During World War II, Alan Turing's Bomb machine compressed and decoded thousands of man-years worth of encrypted data in a matter of hours. A contemporary example of technological unemployment is the displacement of retail cashiers by self-service tills. In our daily life if we take the example of taking photographs, technology has become so fast that instead of using pin hole camera and hand camera we can directly take our photos with the help of our phones itself and if we have a color printer the we can print it in front of our naked eyes. Technology is growing daily and instead of writing in books people are using computer gadgets to write something or to do any project. In today's generation people are dependent more on technology. Firstly, people used to depend on books to find something which they doesn't know, but now-a-days people are dependent on google. Technology s making us fast, but at the same time it is also making us lazy to complete our work. Unemployment makes people starve for their livelihood. Automation is increasingly proliferating in every aspect of our lives. There was a tweet by eliyahu goldratt, he says that "Automation is good ,so long a you know where to put the machine". Cheing huang says that"Atomation is great profits, but it is a real potential trouble for the society". If we increase automation then only our society gets developed. When we see the development in society we can also observe that there will be a sudden and rapid decrease in employment which causes loss to the livelihood of many people.

.VIEWS ON AUTOMATION. In my team's views, automation has both the good impact and also the bad one.First of all, what is AUTOMATION? It is the technology by which a process or a procedure is performed with minimum human assistance. Now, this is might sound like wow....no more extra human efforts but, if we take a keen look in this matter, we get an idea of how automation impacts everyone's lives. So let's take a dive and see the advantages and disadvantages of automation in today's world. Automation has made a lot of development in the medical field thanks to biotechnology. It has come to such great heights that surgeries of higher risks can be performed with slight ease and also reducing human errors. It has also made huge effects in sports causing less errors in decision making thus games become more fair and interesting. Automation also helped humans in driving vehicles for long distance after the introduction of cruise control and auto-drive, this technology has prevented many accidents saving hundreds of lives. On the other side, Automation created a ruckus when it caused high unemploymentnts mostly in western countries as automatic machines were introduced in factories to produce products at higher rates therefore, causing a plunge in human employment. Not only employment, Automation also turned humans less careful and less creative making human minds slow and dull. According to the reports, when a question is asked to a child, the child instead of using the common sense, tries to browse on the internet making Automation more and more reliable every single day. It has also caused a huge problem in the youth as the ability to speak clear and fluent is decreasing due to more typing and chatting on social media networks. We would like to conclude by saying that Automation should be used more as a necessity and less as a comfort. Moreover the more the automation increases, less the world will develop. Thank you. Automataion is the technology is the work is performed by less involvement of humans. Automation is the present technology by which it leads to unemployment to the people. By implementing this type of technology its huge development and other side it leads to unemployment. There are many advantages and disadvantages by automation. They are increased product quality, consistency of output, reduces human labour cost and expenses, can complete tasks where a high degree of accuracy required, reduces work handling time, perform tasks that are beyond humana capabilities of size, weight, speed, etc. The disadvantages of automation are workers lose their jobs and become unemployed, unpredictable cost to machinery, and automation effects the people very lot by rendering their skills. In my opinion automation is already contributing significantly to unemployment..
In today's world technology is everywhere. Automation is a intelligent system which combines multiple tasks into a simple automated action. For example may be the system knows you watch news at 5:oopm. Automatically the news is on. It can monitor the usage. This technology is actually saving the money and making the world better place to save time. A automation system can monitor devices , identify problems and proactivately solve them. By this a complex task can be made into simple one. On the other hand it also increases the unemployment rate, which became a problem to society. Automation should not preceded as a human versus machine war. Hence automation is a sign of both development and increase of unemployment. Team 7 Sec-f

*AUTOMATION* In today's highly competitive and sophisticated world use of infrastructure is an ideal way for business and industrial applications.understanding the concept of AUTOMATION,it is the use of machines and technological advances in the production of goods and maintenance of services,it truly increases the production and optimises time. The influence of automation has wide spread in various fields.it is widely used in telecommunication and medical field it effectively gave out fruitful results, one instance of automation is the use of atms it greatly reduced the human burden to visit banks for money withdrawal everytime. Whole we are appreciating and welcoming the change of automation in our lives, the other side the trouble it's bringing isthe rise of unemployment, when every field is automated it doesn't need a human assistance so gradually people loose their job this leads to rise in unemployment for instance the role of delivery jobs replaced by drones. But with the rise of software development methodologies there arises more employment opportunities and more creation of jobs.

Automation is the technology by which a process or procedure is performed with minimum human assistance. Some people may feel it is a sign of development and some may feel it leads to increase in unemployment in the society. Due to automation there were many advantages as well as disadvantages also. The advantages of automation are huge, like time consumption. In automobile industries to assemble all parts in a car it takes nearly 2-3 hours for humans, but with help of machines it takes nearly less time. Another example is in harvesting, to cut down one acre of crops nearly 10-15 members may require and they take half day of time but a harvest machine (Harvester) takes only one-hour span of time to cut down the crops. Coming to the disadvantages mainly unemployment will increase in the society. Many people will lose their jobs. The machinery cost is too high, more electricity is required and the maintenance is too risky. More space is required to place all the machines. If there any minute problem in the machine whole work may stops and humans are required to adjust and if any short circuit will happen whole building may blast. By observing all advantages and disadvantages automation may be a sign of development but many problems may happen. In conclusion automation is required in the society but the industries also should think about the consequences.
Through we tend to think of automation as a modern phenomenon, it's history is quite extensive. The word automation in the manufacturing sense, was coined by ford motor co. Vice president Delmers Harder in 1948. However, automation can trace its roots back much further than that 762 B.C to be exact Industrial automation in manufacturing extails the use of machines to carry out manufacturing processes with levels of speed, consistency, stamina, and precision beyond the capacity of a human worker. The machines can be powered using a multitude of methods including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and computer. The main benefits of manufacturing automation include reduced production costs, improved quality and reliability and decreased waste. Manufacturing automation, as we recognize it, begins to take root in the in the 11th century. This period saw the large scale application of innovations in mining. As a population boom resulted in an increased market demand for metals, medieval miners and metallurgists needed to derive solutions to the problems that limited metal production Namely, the issue of draining water out of shafts and tunnels in underground mining. The widely adopted solution was to apply water power using water wheels to power draining engines. This can been seen as a crucial step towards the automated processes we rely on in our factories today. During the second world war there was a great deal of focus placed on advancement in industrial automation particularly in the production of tanks, warships, fighters air planes. By the 1980s the idea of "lights-out" manufacturing has captured the imaginations of industrial engineers. The goal became factories automated to such an extent that the manufacturing floor would be void of humans and robots would manage the entire process. While the goal has not yet been realized today's factory floors are home to a great deal of impressive automation. This includes, integrated manufacturing systems, smart sensors, high-speed information systems, co-operative robots, and the growing use of programmable automation controllers. *AUTOMATION* In our team's opinion, automation is sometimes a benefit to the society and sometimes it is a cause to increase unemployment. It is a boon to india's technology, it helps in the development of india to a large extent. It is something with which people in india can develop at high speed as many people will try to improve the use of automation every day. Although, sometimes it is not so amazing as it seems like, due to increase of automation the employment rate gradually decreases. People suffer to a greater extent. The population is rapidly increasing and the jobs were getting occupied by the people, if the automation increases the work done by people decreases. It's amazing how automation have different aspects at different places. In some places it is required as people are really less, and vice versa in the other places. Huda mahveen. Ch. Navya. B. Navya. * AUTOMATION * The machines are more useful in MNC companies. By using them we can do more works easily without any stress as compare to the workers. When you compare between the human and the machinery the machines can do more work. Because human can work only for few hours in a day, it depends on his potential levels, but the machines can work for 24 hours. By using machines we have the many advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are it can be work for 24 hours and also it saves the time as much as possible. By workers we can't save the time because they will work for 8 to 10 hours in a day. We buy the machines at high cost, but the workers will be paid very less and do a lot of work. They are the only to take less money and works more as compared to the machine. By using more machines technology develops but we can see the more unemployment in the society.
Automation is a technique or a method or system of operating electronic devices that functions automatically without the continuous inputs from the operator.
The most sited advantage is that it is associated with higher no.of productions at cheaper labour of costs.Perhaps the tasks that takes place place in any hazardous enviroment could be possible easily through machines. The tasks which consumes alot of human energy and time can be done easily. It also reduces some occupational injuries such as back pain etc..
On the other hand the prior hazard of machines used in industries, factories etc.. releases alot of smoke and dangerous gases which mixes in tho atmosphere. and later that gases increaces the depletion of ozone layer. The rate of unemployement also increases alot in number.According to a survey conducted in U.S.A 47% of all current jobs have potential to be fully automated till 2030.Also the amount of physical work decreases which gives a way for many diseases.
At last I conclude that, The modification in life is important, but excess happen it can effect middle class people because they only depend on the job and monthly incomes with those money only they lead their families.
So the change is good for only some extent. TEAM-10 SECTION J DEVA VIPUL - 18K41A0259 RAHUL - 18K41A0267 ABHINASH - 18K41A0170 FAYEED - 18K41A0359 THARUN - 18K41A0363
Automation: Automation is the creation of technology and its application in order to control and monitor the production and delivery of various goods and services. It performs tasks that were previously performed by humans. Automation is being used in a number of areas such as manufacturing, transport, utilities, defense, facilities, operations and lately, information technology.
In today’s highly competitive scenario, a streamlined, standardised infrastructure is integral to the way applications; business processes and service are delivered. But many companies have also realised that this vital aspect of their business is a significant contributor to costs of operations. It’s not surprising therefore that technology in infrastructure is not considered a luxury but rather a necessity as it helps achieve significant cost reductions.
From the days when punching machines were considered cutting edge technology to today’s electronic bar code scanners, technology in infrastructure has come a long way indeed. Technology then consisted mainly of mechanical equipment needing constant human supervision, with a tendency to be unreliable at the best. But today, complete automation in infrastructure technology is the norm of the day. This evolution has translated into greater efficiencies and cost savings for companies employing these technologies. IT in infrastructure is playing a key role in the increasingly automated workplace of tomorrow.
Biometrics(Type Of Scanners) is another exciting new trend to make the transition from theory to reality. Large companies in the US&other parts of the worlds have already adopted this technology to protect mission critical information from unauthorised personnel. Areas like server rooms which are critical to global operations can be accessed only by following strict security protocols which include retinal scans and other biometric tools.

Automation may be in respect of factory equipment or it may be for office administration like computerisation of all sorts of accounting and other office jobs. Workers oppose it saying that since it is one of the devices by which manual labour is dispensed with, it leads to unemployment.Automation has also an important impact on the stage of economic development of the country.

DeleteAs we know there are lot of educated people who are facing difficulty in getting jobs. Its like, we do engineering and expect the employers to give us job. The employers need people with skills and work experience in that particular domain which our degrees don't provide us. So, studies needs to be more practical and industry oriented so that students get the industry exposure while they are studying.
ReplyDeleteWe always have large expectations, most of us deny to do low paid jobs.

ReplyDeleteIn our point of view AUTOMATION is increasingly proliferating in every aspect of our lives, whether its robots building the cars we drive or artificial intelligence drive the vehicles for us.with the rise of automation system, the big concern for many people how their jobs will be impacted.

ReplyDeleteThese dangers aside, automation technology, if used wisely and effectively, can yield substantial opportunities for the future.

ReplyDeleteSome people argue that current technologies are more likely to cause unemployment because the pace of change is faster.

Causes and solutions for frictional unemployment often address job entry threshold and wage rates.

DeleteNow-a-days Automation is playing a major role in the present society. It is a technology by which the process is performed with the help of machines. It is an application in order to control and monitor the production and delivery of various goods and services.
ReplyDeleteAutomation has many advantages that include that the industry is associated with faster production and cheaper labor costs, another benefit could be that it replaces hard and physical work.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
ReplyDeleteThe present world is running by automatic machines.

AUTOMATION "A BOON OR BANE"
ReplyDeleteAuntomation mean use of computers or other control systems to control a particular process to increase the outcome of any work.

ReplyDeleteThough there are many usual cases which make us feel that automation is replacing workers.

ReplyDeleteAUTOMATION
ReplyDeleteAutomation is the process of advanced mechanization in which complex machines perform tasks formerly performed by men.

ReplyDeleteAutomation covers applications ranging from a household thermostat controlling a boiler, to a large industrial control system with tens of thousands of input measurements and output control signals.

ReplyDeleteAutomation is the creation of technology.it ferformed with human assistance.according to automation it's a major problem in our country for youth.because of so many people's will living without jobs, unemployment.so,structural arguments emphasize causes related to distriptive technology and globalisation.money is useless to mechanics.machines are only service providers and not customers.the reason is that no organistation automates unlesss it saves money. And those savings get paused on to customers.by our graduate we are the engineers they want to develop a skills and usual profit for their work .so,without engineers or workers etc..they can't do anything .more services you can get without working.automation can increase a small usage for anything.
This is a small information on "automation"

What is your opinion on unemployment?
ReplyDeleteUnemployment is no job is available for a person to earn his livehood.

ReplyDeleteMechanization provides human operators with machinery to assist them with the muscular requirements of work, automation greatly decreases the need for human society and mental requirements while increasing load capacity, speed and responsibility.

ReplyDeleteWe think there are some advantages on one hand as well as disadvantages on the other side.
We just need to know where to use it and when to use it.

ReplyDeleteFirstly, people used to depend on books to find something which they doesn't know, but now-a-days people are dependent on google.

ReplyDeleteIn my team's views, automation has both the good impact and also the bad one.First of all, what is AUTOMATION?

ReplyDeleteFor example may be the system knows you watch news at 5:oopm.

ReplyDeleteIn today's highly competitive and sophisticated world use of infrastructure is an ideal way for business and industrial applications.understanding the concept of AUTOMATION,it is the use of machines and technological advances in the production of goods and maintenance of services,it truly increases the production and optimises time.

ReplyDeleteThe advantages of automation are huge, like time consumption.

ReplyDeleteThe word automation in the manufacturing sense, was coined by ford motor co. Vice president Delmers Harder in 1948. However, automation can trace its roots back much further than that 762 B.C to be exact
Industrial automation in manufacturing extails the use of machines to carry out manufacturing processes with levels of speed, consistency, stamina, and precision beyond the capacity of a human worker.

ReplyDeleteIn our team's opinion, automation is sometimes a benefit to the society and sometimes it is a cause to increase unemployment.

ReplyDeleteThe machines are more useful in MNC companies.

ReplyDeleteAutomation:
Automation is the creation of technology and its application in order to control and monitor the production and delivery of various goods and services.
